Default Pedal extenders ......?

My wife is just 5ft 2" tall. The windscreen 'rake' is quite acute meaning that when she has the seat fully forward her face is very close to the sun visor.
Does anyone know of pedal-extenders, here in the UK, which would give her an extra 3-4 inches of clearance?
As I am not over 5 feet 6" myself, the extenders would be able to remain in-situ for me as I would be able to adjust the seat and steering wheel accordingly.
Regards,
Laurie

If you can take them off, you could have another set made that fit better.
