So after lowering I didn't align due to some feedback her on the board that they didn't need an alignment. Well this was contrary to my experience that after lowering ANY car an alignment should be done. And I paid the price for not listening to my gut.

The good news is that Pilot Super Sports, Alignment and about $1600 later and the car feels incredible. Quiet, composed, great feel etc.

The alignement specs are below. I do wonder if the -2.5 camber on rear right is a problem and if I should go have them bring down...

Could you give a little more insight into what was the actual cause of your tire wear issue. From looking at the specs you give it looks like it was the neg. toe that killed the fronts. You did not have much Camber to speak of. I assume the range of numbers in the middle are the OEM specs? 6.2 to 7.7 positive caster, negitive 1.3 to negitive 2.0 camber, 0.0 to positive 0.2 toe left/right, and positive 0.05 to positive 0.45 total toe. (positive toe being "toe out")?

With about 14000 miles on the tires on my 2010 XKR I am noticing the inside fronts are worn past the tread but not yet to the cord!!! The rest of the tread has about 5/32" left. I have a lot of neg. camber in the front. Looks like a good alignment is in my future.

I lowered it without re-aligning. Likely was toe. See my other post about my new tires being killed in only 6k miles as a result!

 

Over 2 degrees negative camber is a LOT for those low profile tires. They will likely wear the inside threads. I see that they are trying to compensate for that wear by adding a LOT of toe-in to both front and rear tires. I would prefer not to run so much toe-in but, it may scrub enough of the outer threads to make the wear look more even. That much toe-in should tend to also blunt the car's turn-in characteristics. Still, your tires should be expected to wear faster than with the factory specs.
