Having just finished fitting a brand new regulator, found out how little is wrong with the old one and seen kits to repair them on eBay, I have a question to which I am sure one of you very knowledgeable people will know the answer,

Are the regulators used in the X100 Convertibles the same as those used in the X150 ones?

There are plenty of repair kits offered for the XK8s of this world, but none for the XKs, and none of the suppliers know the answer.

Dig deep in the databank friends!

Oh, and anyone had any experience of using one of these kits? My plan is to recoup some of the vast price of my new regulator by repairing the old one and selling it as second hand.
