Default Relay clicking and passenger side fan noise while locked and off

I was sitting in the car today after driving into a parking lot and shutting off the engine... I noticed an intermittent relay click from the rear tray area, paired with fan noise coming from inside the dash behind the glovebox. I locked the doors just to make sure it wasn't in a low power state, and that did not stop the clicking or fan noise.

It's definitely not the aspirator fan near the gauge cluster... I can hear it clearly near the passenger side footwell area.

Any ideas what this could be?

I do get a persistent quiescent power control relay fault code (B140D). Is it possibly related to that?

The code references right rear audio but it could also be a short at the amp. The amp has a fan attached to it. That's under the passenger footwell. Other than that, the blower motor and blower relay are all I know that are back there.

I'm not sure that's correct... The B140D DTC is "right rear audio" for Stellantis, but for Jaguar it's the following:

Quiescent Power Control Relay #1
Actuator stuck closed
Infotainment power relay fault
Infotainment power relay stuck closed
Check that the ring break diagnostic fuse is correctly installed and operational
Check the battery monitoring system for DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index.
Clear DTC and retest
If fault persists, check and install new rear junction box as required.
Clear DTC and retest

Yep my bad it came back as Jag XK but clearly Jeep. I don't see that code anywhere inside the workshop manual. But based on your info the infotainment RBD relay is RBD relay link 2 in the auxiliary junction box followed by Fuse 21.

Attached is the excerpt from the Service Manual about Quiescent Current testing... I'll follow this to see if I can determine what circuit is causing the relay clicking and fan noise.

Anyone with this error code has probably seen these documents, or similar.
