Probably not, nearly nobody uses SDD in shops. Certainly NOT Jaguar. They won't even touch a car older than eight years.
Best bet for you may be post this question in the REGIONAL section of these forums, see if anyone in Oregon knows of a place.

Thank you. I followed your posting suggestion. However, I don't understand your reply about shops not using SDD on older cars. Does this mean even a Jaguar dealership won't use SDD on a 2007 type 150?

This is what I understand about SDD. source: Chat GPT. Is the AI hallucinating? I'm open to receiving new information. Thx.

Jaguar Land Rover SDD

Primary factory diagnostic platform for your car
  • Full name: Symptom Driven Diagnostics
  • Used by: Jaguar & Land Rover dealers (2005–~2016 vehicles)
  • Designed for: CAN-bus vehicles like your 2007 XK
  • Interface: Graphical, guided (“symptom-driven”)
  • Runs on: Windows laptop + JLR interface (e.g., VCX Nano, Mongoose)

What SDD does:

  • Reads/clears fault codes across all modules
  • Runs guided diagnostics (step-by-step fault tracing)
  • Performs module programming & configuration
  • Writes CCF (Car Configuration File)
  • Calibrates systems (HVAC, steering angle, etc.)
👉 For your situation:
SDD is the correct tool to configure or reprogram your ATC/CCM module

welcome to the xk club @1stLeaper .
what your AI assistance didn’t tell you is that SDD was EOL’d about 15 years ago.
So correct, JLR does not use it.

Do as @Cee Jay suggests and see if you can find an Inde in your neck of the woods.

It is possible. Shore Automotive in Ottawa has me covered.

or if you partially ms windows handy, find a copy and use it yourself.

cheers

Thanks Guy and Cee Jay for your feedback. Just out of curiosity, what would a Jag dealer use to configure an old XK like my 2007?

Jaguar moved on from SDD to Pathfinder. As I understand it, Pathfinder is backward compatible but Jaguar Dealerships won't work on older cars, Find an independent mechanic in your area that specializes in Jaguar or Euro cars. Some use Autologic tools as well and (no personal experience) but I've read that it replicates SDD.

Yep, I got mine done last Fall by an indie using Autologic.
They have to have the remote support option, so Autologic can “dial into” their machine and do the SDD stuff.

Note: Some basic functions can be done by the shop without remote help, You will have to find out.
i was enabling AUX and Bluetooth for the Mr12V upgrade.
