My 2008 xk conv has a 'bump rattle' when I am at speed and hit a strong undulation, it is only on the left side at he upper area where the latches catch and pull the top closed.
How can I tighten up whatever is loose?

Not much help here, but I have exactly the same. If it's really annoying and I have the possibility, I lower and raise the roof, and often it goes away. To come back another time. Seems worst in the cold.
Don't know how to get rid of it.

 

or is it the weather stripping/seal is worn??
