In an effort to go Green, most likely the seal is a soy or plant based material. I work in Telecommunications and we have experienced a high rodent/squirrel tendency to eat Fiber protective sleeves which are made of some time of soy/nut or plant based mixture.

Of all the car mishaps that I have considered and make adjustments for, vulture attack was nowhere on the radar. I think this is nature’s version of keying your car.
