I was looking at my rotors yesterday and figured that on a 400hp vehicle the brakes would be drilled and slotted. Can anybody confirm?

Quaker,

Add the details of your car to your signature, this way everyone will know if you have an older R (which is just over 400hp) or a new XK (which is just under 400 HP) and will make it easier for future questions/comments. It appears the R's have drilled rotors but from what I've seen the calipers are dual piston only; any car with over 500 HP should at least have 4 piston calipers imho.

Cool

Maybe those with 07 R's can chime in if they have drilled rotors for you.

My 07 R does not have drilled rotors. I drive like a bat out of hell in Texas heat (which is Hell) and I have not had any noticable weakness in braking or brake fade.
