Add the details of your car to your signature, this way everyone will know if you have an older R (which is just over 400hp) or a new XK (which is just under 400 HP) and will make it easier for future questions/comments. It appears the R's have drilled rotors but from what I've seen the calipers are dual piston only; any car with over 500 HP should at least have 4 piston calipers imho.

My 07 R does not have drilled rotors. I drive like a bat out of hell in Texas heat (which is Hell) and I have not had any noticable weakness in braking or brake fade.
