Ghostrider, did you use Spacers to get those rims on your XKR or do they have an OEM fit? If you did use spacers, how do they effect handling?
I'm trying to find rims that fit our XK/XKR models but it seems most websites give you nothing when you enter our vehicle in the search.
Does anyone know any wheel brands or vendors that fit the 2007+ XK/XKR?

DPE Super Concave 5 was actually my first choice but DPE didn't have the XKR specs at that time and therefore I wasn't able to order. I'm kind of glad because I like mine now. If anyone is interested in the DPE SC5, I heard they now have the XK/XKR wheel specs and can make them for our cars.
Only downside for making them special order to the specs of your car is it may take a few months to make . I ordered mine in late December thinking I have plenty of time to arrive by Spring but they didn't arrive until early this month. Approx 3.5 months from order to arriving.
I would check with any forum wheel vendors first to see what they have.....if not you can try these guys: EXECstudio.com - Products
They are a vendor for several higher end wheel manufacturers. This way you can see several different types of wheels. I never bought anything from them but they actually quoted me a decent price......... but at the end I went with my local wheel/tire guy. It's really easy if you have a competent wheel guy who knows what they're doing. That was why I wanted to buy an XKR with the base wheels......knowing I was going aftermarket anyways.
These are the DPE SC5 I was about to get:

Sold the wheels today......
The chrome rear blade and painted black 2007-09 rear valance is still available. Both free but local pickup only.
Here is a sound clip of the cats with catback exhaust: http://s257.photobucket.com/albums/h...dxkr08/xkr.mp4
It's pretty loud during WOT but quiet during idle.

My suggestions is to find a competent bodyshop to do the work as it may take some time to get it right.
You can email me if you have any other questions......

Bill....I'm pretty sure you can just paint the engine covers...you might ask Moe-she-sa how he did his.
I might paint my engine cover on the Jag down the road. I did paint my covers and intake manifold on my C5...just use high temp paint.
Here are the calipers.
As for the XKRS Spoiler...I had that installed last summer so that's why I didn't mentioned it.......and the exhaust note is louder than the video....the mic on the digital cam is small so can't capture how loud it really is.

Did the same yesterday!
Admittedly with your pics I was comparing the look of the brake lights... I've been considering doing the post 2010 tail light upgrade and you have the best pics around for a comparison
Did you get all the bulb out and other issues to go away?
Also, is the before pic without your lower springs?
Anyway big improvement, nicely done!

Thanks Guys....
Mike V: I say do it!!! I still have the ocassional "Brake Lamp Failure" on the left brake lamp. Mike did check everything was tight and consulted with George and so the last step is to replace all the resistors on the left side. I wanted my car back and Mike had more cars coming in and so we decided to wait until next time to have them replaced......all the taillights work...just an occasional bulb out on the dash. All I do is press the "Triangle" on the center display and the error code disappears (until the next time you start the car). The before pic was right after I installed the Milltek exhaust but before the PP lowering springs....only improvement is it doesn't look like a 4x4 now....LOL.....just kidding......now lowered....the gap is now mostly filled in so it looks alittle better.
