suspension fault codes
Hello all,
I'm trying to figure out what the issue is with my vehicle. I have a 2012 Jaguar XK. VIN: SAJWA4FB0CLB48454
I recently replaced my front shocks with the Bilstein 20-114497 from FCPEuro https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/jag...n-bil-20114497
Not sure if these are the correct shocks for my vehicle or not, the listing says they're correct however, after installation I ended up with two suspension fault codes; c110c-64 and c110d-64 left and right damper solenoid.
It's hard to confirm weather or not there's a problem with the shocks or if I have another issue somewhere else.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

X150 Jag shocks are a puzzle. Sourcing Bilstein's OE replacements can be more so. For example, the 4.2 XK version fronts are no longer made AFAIK.
Shocks on these usually use an active CATS system, though some XK's could be ordered with non-active system. CATS was a two-stage adjuster on the 4.2,JLR PN C2P17994 and a continuous mode adjuster after that, 5.0 C2P22812. Very different shock designs, different control systems.
So, FCP is incorrect: the FCP listing for the part you mention says fits 07-09, and 12-13, thus both types of CATS damper systems, which isn't possible.
You should contact them and have them confirm that the Bilstein shock they sold you is the correct one for your model year XKR. I think the one they sold you is a two stage one, if I remember my Bilstein PN's correctly, and should only be mountable on the '07-09 models.
FCP is a good house -- if their spec sheet is wrong, they'll likely take them back. How many miles did you have on the old ones?
Good luck.
