Those darn little back windows...

Greetings

Can anyone tell me how to get those little windows at the back in a close position once the roof is open... When its cool outside I still want the roof open but all 4 windows up ? Possible ?

By deign, the small rear windows can only go down and up with the top, they cannot be operated independent of the top.

I need to make a correction, there is one exception, the rear windows can be lowered while the top is up. The reverse, raising the windows while the top is down, is not possible.
