I don't drive my XKR-S but once a month, if that. I suspect I'm susceptible to getting flat spots. Is this a genuine concern? Have anyone tried a product like this..?

 

For that kind of money why not make your own out of some hard wood.

When I go to work it is for 2 months at a time, all I do is raise the pressure in the tyres to 45 psi. When I get home, lower the pressure to normal and take for a good spirited drive to warm them up.

Never had a problem yet.

Those race ramps should cost ~26.70 dollars each, not $267 each. That's just nuts even if they do work.

 

What I do on my cars that may not be driven for weeks or months is to put a blue masking tape on each wheel to indicate wheel/tire position and simply push the car forward/backward periodically to change the position of the tires that rests on the ground.

 

+1 The easiest and most cost-effective way to prevent flat spots.

But you're wasting masking tape - you only need to mark one wheel! If you're worried about the tape falling off in cold weather, then just use chalk to mark the tire.

Anyone who buys that Amazon product has more money than brains! Just my
