Welcome to the forums Classic jag,
I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XK/XKR forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model. You will also find thread here discussing issues with the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) giving false alerts.
Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

2010 model, so if the battery is original it needs to be checked for replacement. (that usually gives indications of other gremlins as well though). The same is true for the TPMS sensors in each wheel. If original, you should expect they have reached the end of their battery life and will need replaced.
I had replaced a complete set of TPMS sensors in my stock wheels last fall and found that, after purchase of the 'discounted' replacements, those sensors were also out of battery life. They had also started to indicate pressure faults at various intervals. The moral there is, buy only from reputable suppliers who will gurantee the freshness of the sensors. Don't be lured by discounted prices!
There are many threads here on each of these possible issues though.

Is the light indicating low tire pressure, or is it the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) warning that tells you that the tire pressure sensors in the wheels aren't sending a signal to the TPMS module?
I finally got mine fixed after living with the TPMS light for a month. First I bought all new TPMS sensors. They were a closeout on Rock Auto or Parts Geek, I forget which. But they were only about $20 each. I took them to a tire place and they installed them for about $50. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem.
The next most common problem is a wire harness behind the front bumper cover. It gets pinched between cover and the bumper, which causes the wires to get smashed and eventually break. That was my problem. I took the bumper cover off, repaired the broken with some butt splices, and I haven't had a problem with TPMS even since then. That same wire harness also connects to the front parking sensors, so I was able to fix the parking sensor problem at the same time.
If you buy new TPMS sensors, you want the 315 mhz sensors, not the 433 mhz. Here is what I bought: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...44769&jsn=1034

The intermittent illumination of warning lights (in this case the TPMS light) is often the first symptom of low voltage from the battery - in other words, a failing battery. I had exactly this symptom in a 2007 XK (the battery, kept on the CTEK maintainer, was 8 years old) and the next symptom was the car simply failing to start. New battery, fully charged before installation, cured the problem...no more warning lights...no problems at all. Oh, and the best advice possible: fit a CTEK battery maintainer and use it when the car is not in use.
