Default tire wear/life

My 20" fronts have an estimated 4000 miles (based on service history I got with the car), and look already pretty worn on the outside. These are Conti Extreme Contact DWS. When I got the car last month, the tire pressure was ~5-6 psi low all around, but not sure how long it was actually driven like that.
I wonder what are people getting on the XKRs

I have those exact same tires. I've driven the car 4000 miles since I bought it two months ago, and there is no noticeable wear. I mean, NONE. When I look at the tires they look brand new.

I've got 15K on the rears and 9K on the fronts and you can still read the DWS on the treads. Still look very good and they should go about 30K. I had the car aligned when I got the tires and am using recommended tire pressures. Driving has been city , local and interstate highways.

yidal8, excessive wear on the outside edges of your front tires means that your XKR wheel alignment is out of spec.

You should expect to get half the tire manufacturer's mileage warranty (if any).

X150 XKR models with 20" wheels have staggered fitment, with wide rear and narrow front tires. As a result, they can't be rotated front-to-rear, or side-to-side if your tires are directional. Even if they're not directional, many owners choose to not rotate side-to-side because it's not worth the cost. High performance tires have sticky tread compounds that wear faster than standard tires. So, if the manufacturer of your tires advertises a 30,000 mileage guarantee, read the fine print and you'll see that's only if you rotate them every 6,000 miles. You should expect 15,000 miles because you can't rotate staggered directional tires. Note that most high performance tires don't have a mileage warranty.

Of course, your tire mileage will depend on maintaining proper tire pressure and wheel alignment, as well as your driving style.

Anyone concerned about gas mileage and the frequency and cost of replacing a set of tires probably shouldn't buy an XKR.

Thanks. Car was always serviced ONLY at the Jag dealer. According to service history: at 8400 miles from new, car was pulling hard to the left and front inner right tire was bald. performed 4 wheel alignment and replaced front tires ( so actually 14,000 miles on them now). Rears were at 50% wear at the time.
At 17,500 miles tech recommended 4 wheel alignment again 'to extend tire life, starting to wear on edges'. This was performed, and at same time rear tires were at 1/32" and replaced.
Looks like alignment has been an issue from the start? or bad roads/ driving habits?
Currently at 22,500 miles, and car is tracking straight, no pulling, but fronts worn on edges.

Three possibilities, assuming the front bushings aren't collapsing when underway,
1. Previous owner really liked to push into the corners
2. Too much toe-in
3. Too much positive camber

I'll take her to my tire shop, and get his opinion, but obviously needs an alignment to go with the new front tires.
Tire pressures are as recommended F-33psi, R-36psi. Maybe these 'recommendations' are also part of the issue?
Am asking here, since front tires always lasted approx. 30,000 miles on my previous 3 XFs and current XJ

You should get at least 10K with normal driving on any GT car's front tires; there's nothing particular to Jaguar that would lower this expectation.

I currently have about 40,000 miles on my tires. They have worn very evenly all around. It is about time to change them, as the tread is getting very low. But I think 40,000 miles is pretty good life. The brand is Delinte, which I had never heard of, but that is what was on them when I got the car (the tires were brand-new). Based on how they did, I would get them again.
