Default FIXED: Touchscreen touch calibration

FIXED: see edited message below

'07 XK Base.

My Touchscreen touch calibration is a bit off. I came across the item below in the XJ X351 forum. Doesn't seem to work for me.

Nothing in SDD, and while the "hidden" Nav screen access has a colorbar test, no touch calibration.

Has anyone used the below or another calibration method successfully? Thanks!

4) Calibrate the touch screen
- Navigate to the Jaguar Leaper screen
- Touch your finger to the Jaguar on the radio screen and hold there for 20 seconds (Engineering test mode screen will appear) Tap rapidly on it in the center.
- Scroll down and select "Touch Calibration" Calibration routine operates. No other routines are visible
- Select "OK" and then touch the screen
- Using a stylus or similar device, touch the screen in the indicated points until you receive a "Sat Test" result. Screen reboots when finished

Answered. Weirdly on a site called justanswer.

"Ok. Turn the ignition ON and when the Jag logo screen comes up tap rapidly on the center of it to see if it will go into calibration mode."

Worked. Successive letters appear with dots next to them. With a pen (tip retracted) you press 12 or so points on the screen. Reach the end and it's calibrated.

(I mis-calibrated it by accident a few days ago. Bumped the screen and the routine came up. Didn't know what it was, so poked at it until it went away.) (duh....)
