Default TPMS 2010Xk cycles

I brought it to my Jaquar mechanic highly reputable, he does a diagnostic check says my TPMS sensors are good but he said I need to take it to Jaq dealer as there is something with the frequency that he can’t do to reset it , is this something someone else has run into it’s annoying appreciate all yr feedback and help .

I dunno about the freakquency issue - I replaced the TPMS module when mine was doing the cycling - unit cost around $400, half hour labour.

There is nothing to do. It is well described in both the Owner’s and Workshop manuals.
The unique identifier of each of the tpms sensors is read by the closest antennae. The tpms module dynamically updates should the sensors be moved about the axles. If I recall correctly, It takes a few miles at above 20mph and a few minutes at that speed… its in the manual.

Found it… recalibrated if the car is driven for more than 15 mins at more than 20kph. Without interruption (slowing down).
