Hi,
I do have a set of ’07 XKR 20" Wheels which I bought in the UK and wonder if those TPMS will work on my US model ’07 XK?
As far as I know we do use 315MHz sensors in the US, is that right?
What frequency is used in the UK, is it different?

USA is 315 mhz, and the UK is 434 mhz. hope this helped.

 

I just got the new sensors, do I have to programm the car for the new sensors or can I just replace them?

 

I'm not an expert, but the system should recognize the sensors automatically.

From the Owner's Manual:

"Recognition only occurs
when the vehicle is driven above 25 km/h
(18 mph) for approximately ten minutes."

 

I do have the 315 mhz tpms installed but get the TPMS fault message.
I did buy the sensors in the UK and they are 315 mhz sensors from Ford but come out of a '07 XK.
What could be wrong?
My stock rims with stock TPMS are fine.
I guess I have to buy new TPMS from Jaguar locally or would you have any idea on what to do?
