Eriksson Industries 800-388-4418 If it's the ZF 6HP26 tranny the FACTORY recommends 60K mi. and the major suppliers recommend 100K unless it's seen track use. There is enough gray area out there, regarding fluid, that ZF Lifeguard really should be used.

 

Change the pan/filter when doing the tranmission fluid change. Fluid and pan are sold as a kit. There's a sticky on this forum somewhere (XJ350 forum). Not very expensive to do at all.
