Tune2Air on my XKR-S 2012. Not work?

Tune2Air on my XKR-S 2012. Not work?
Hello!
when i try to connect my Tune2Air so i can stream from Spotify, it connect but the playing pauses directly. I can see the track in the display, and i can change to another track, but the play symbol only appears in less than a half second. After that "pause" and no music.
I use the Jaguar original cable for iPod connected to the 30 pin female variant of Tune2Air.
It works on my Range Rover Sport 2010 sothe hardware is ok.
Is anyone familiar with this problem?

Do you have any songs loaded via iTunes? If not load one track and then try again. You may find that it will always play that one track when you first connect but you can then switch to Spotify.
