MY 2008 XKR had some vandalism with the rear window smashed out.

Jag says entire top has to be replace, surprisingly insurance is willing to pay for a new top.

Jaguar indicates they have no Conv. Tops in Grey (color at purchase) in whole world!!! True story. And they have offered a black one. I wanted Dark Grey on Dark Grey at purchase...why would I want black now. Any ideas where I could find one after market???

To be honest I am not happy with Jaguar. I purchased a Jag as I had a dealer in my area to support me over an Aston Martin with no dealership for 100's of miles. Not feeling that support!

 

Have you touched base with Jaguar headquarters in your country. Maybe you can get the name of the company who makes the tops for Jaguar.

 

I have one of these in black also (OEM) available within 1 week. $4250.00. Sorry no grey.

Too funny WhiteXKR, you beat me to the punch! I spent the whole day on the internet and phone and EZOn was by far the best to date. BY FAR! Teresa was amazingly helpful.

They do not sell direct, so went to CDN distributor of Mario Boies out of Quebec. Wow, got an equally lovely lady. Very helpful.

I am now waiting on a formal written quote. BUT! The phone quote for just the top $890 CDN. Now I am looking into getting the entire headliner as well from them. At this pricing I can get that as well.

Will update you all as I learn more. Now I just got to find a firm to install it.

Also, the only negative I have had so far: They want me to send them the old top to make the new one with. This will have the car beached a bit longer. But I would rather have it made right.

 

Also I checked out TheJagWrangler. I want one! Just going to look for an installer who will do it first here in WPG. That would save me a ton of time.
