So I’m assuming there should be a cap inside the vert top to cover the hole in the headlining (where the Allen key goes)?
Jaguar parts dept says it’s not listed so doesn’t have a part number. Is that true or does someone have a part number available? They showed me the workshop diagram and it isn’t shown….
I checked this online parts catalog and couldn't find it. I suspect it's no longer available. https://parts.harperjaguar.com/
easy part to fabricate. Just cut an oval from some scrap plastic, and superglue a post to fit in the hole. I used some O rings around the post to give it some grip inside the hole and it works great.

it's available through OctoClassic, I just received mine, cost was GBP32.20 or approx $39 USD
part number C2P21483AMN for the Jaguar Charcoal
ordering is easy, the wait was ~40 days
Thanks all I got the one from Octoclassic. Coming from Poland to South Africa. It maybe obvious when it arrives but from the pic does anyone know which edge faces towards the front of the car? Also it was easier and cheaper direct from their website!
