Default What is this

I removed the plastic cover over the supercharger and I found this piece inside

It clearly is broken off a small tube that runs someplace lower down

What is it?
What does it do?
How do I repair it?

Thanks

It kinda looks like something my urologist uses. I don't know what it could be used for.

I would prove very helpful if you provide the MY, engine size and if NA or SC.

Hard to tell but it looks sort of like a diaphragm check valve for a gas tank vent line.

It's a vacuum check valve, that runs between the vacuum control valve and the Active Exhaust valve. Should be mounted fairly near the vacuum reservoir.
