So I’ve been living in South Africa since April and I have a couple of drinking acquaintances that I chat with at the cigar bar I go to. I purchased my XKR about a month ago. So I’m out walking in town today and I stopped to admire a beautiful grey XK supercharged but no R badge. The owner is frantically waving at me and it turns out to be one of the drinking buddies. I tell him his car is beautiful and coincidentally that I also have one. We laugh and then he tells me that our other drinking friend also has one, a portfolio! All 3 convertibles by people that only just met in a country where the XK 150s are fairly unusual!
