What did you do to your X150 today?

I just received the front rotors I ordered, I've not changed them before, they were done by the dealer when I bought it on condition of sale.
Holy Ballz! These danged things are a full 38 pounds (17 kg) each! I knew they were big, but dang that's a lot of unsprung weight.
Anyway, the new disks and pads are in the boot waiting for me to drive to my shop and throw these monsters on. So I guess I didn't actually DO anything to my XKR, but I did Prepare to do something.

Put my Xpipe on this morning... and gave her a bath... OEM Xpipe bolted right up without any problems. Removed backbox/muffler section first, then removed what I’m going to call a crossmember plate, then unbolted midpipe. Reverse order going back on with Xpipe midpipe... took me about 1 1/2 hours to complete with just hand tools. one thing I did notice is I believe my tips are now tucked in under the rear of the car a little more than they were before. Not sure if the Xpipe is a little shorter or if I did a better job fitting everything back together than the factory.

Nothing spectacular, just reconnected the car to my battery maintainer. I had moved the car to the other side of the garage on Friday night, so today I added a 25 foot extension to the existing 25 foot extension, so that I could plug the car in at its new resting space (where it will sleep another month until I can work on its oil leak).

Took it to Sebring...well that was actually this past weekend...today I had to replace the OBD fuse the battery store fried with their power back up & re-calibrate the front seats. I knew I should have brought SDD to the track, it really sucked taking turns at 60+ MPH with the seat back all the way back...

Well, having a renewed interest in getting SDD up and running, I had an old laptop in the office that I decided to repurpose. So I wiped the hard drive and re-installed a Windows OS, only to go back a reread Cambo's instructions, and see that I need Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, and I had loaded XP Pro, duh-Oh!
Not a big deal, but then I read the hardware specs of the laptop, and find that it's not going to support Win 7, so it's off to eBay to buy someone else's old Win 7 Pro laptop.
On the plus side, the power supply I ordered to keep the car alive while using SDD just showed up in the mail.

Those look great! Was it much more to get the outside ring chromed rather than painted?
