Default RE: WHEEL OFFSET/ET

Not sure on the bolt pattern but X type, Stype, and 04 and up xj have the same pattern. wheels offset I don't know, it will be different from front and rear since the rear are wider.

1/4 mile E/T is around mid to low 13"s.

On a 2007 - 2009 Jaguar XKR with a 19" x 9.5" wheel, the bolt pattern is 5/108, the offset is 45MM and the hub bore is 67.10

Different size wheels on a 2007-2009 will have different offsets.

In your original post, you did not mention the wheel sizes you were looking at or considering.

The wheels for a 2007 XKR were all 5 bolt at 108mm.
The fronts were 8.5" wide with an ET of 49
The rears were 9.5" wide with an ET of 26

In 2007 an XK had 18" diameter standard with 19" diameter as option.
The XKR had 19" diameter standard with 20" diameter as option.

2010 the offsets changed so the later wheels cannot be fitted without spacers.

Correct. I usually advise reference to:

Original Equipment Tire and Wheel Information for SS & Jaguar Cars
which is largely accurate. That will give you all applicable wheel sizes and from there you can Google the offset sizes. It is worth remembering that if you have Brembo brakes or similar some offsets are not suitable for your vehicle.

Mike.

I have '14 XJ Toba's on mine and the offset looks good. The back do look better with the 20 mm spacers though.

To the OP, many wheels on the XK seem to be staggered, 1" wider in the back than front.

I believe this thread has been de-Trolled, as I think I recall seeing another post today that was made by the Troll after Post #2 dated 01-11-2008 that caused Richzak to post his reply today.

Richard, can you confirm my suspicion?

Stuart:

Not sure who you might be referring too (the Troll) as my time on the forum is a bit limited now.

I saw this thread so I thought I would respond since I went through a lot of past work to find suitable aftermarket wheels for my XKR and had to complete a lot of measurements for the folks in Montreal at Fastco.ca.

Just trying to help a few other Jag owners when I see something I can help out with. I don't know much but will offer some guidance when I know a little bit about the topic at hand.

Richard,

I know all the work you did sourcing the Braelin aftermarket wheels for Alcon-equipped XKRs. When I first read your reply (Post #3, above), I thought it was in reply to a new question posted yesterday by a newbie who has been trolling this Forum. That post is gone, and the previous post, #2 above, is dated 1-22-2008.

I didn't think you would go looking for a post from 2008 to reply to. The only way that old thread would appear at the top of the first page is if someone made a new post. That was the bait for your reply. Why else would you comment? That's why I suspected the NavTool troll. It's his modus operandi.

I am sure you are correct.
