Often the standard wheels are the hardest to find as most people pay one option up.
Which from an out of production point of view can make the optional wheel in practical terms be the standard wheel.
Unlike other marques such as Mercedes I don’t think Jaguar ever had “standard” base wheels with everything else being an upgrade. There were typically diameter differences between different trims but you could always order a specific wheel when doing a factory build and Jaguar supplied standard stock inventory with a variety of wheel variations. In fact it seems to me that Jaguar likely has more wheel styles than most other brands.
EDIT: And they also had most wheel styles cross models as well so really they have been “Jaguar” wheels, not model specific.

Rarely I agree. But the "Keystone Klassics" looked killer on my 66 Mustang.
Agreed. Keystone Klassics were the best looking wheels for decades. They still look pretty sharp on small-tire cars. I don't know how well that design would look in 18s or 20s though.
My XK has 19" Carelia wheels. With 10 spokes, they are hard to clean inside, and they're well...boring. I'd like to upgrade and stay with the marque, but I don't fancy paying a not-insignificant percentage of the price I paid for the car to get a new set of OEM Jaguar wheels. Does anyone have experience with an after-market brand that they like and doesn't cost several grand to fit? I've done some looking online and there are many wheels that apparently fit the car and cost much less. But I don't want to buy crap, and would stick with the Carelias if that's all that's out there at a reasonable price.
As you may know, the specs for my current wheels are:

Mine also came with Carelia wheels, which I too found boring. I really liked the Senta wheels, so I kept an eye on ebay and found a full set for $800. They were in good shape, but I had them stripped and powder coated, so they were now ‘new’ for my car. Love the look.

I've seen several XK's with the Caravelas and wondered if there was a different offset between models. I have a full set of the 19" Caravelas off my XF Portfolio that I replaced with a set of the 18" Velas to get the taller sidewall because it often seems Fort Worth hasn't repaired a road in decades. The Vela's were offered on the F-type and XF but I believe the F-type has a different offset and maybe wider. As a card-carrying member of NCRS and MCA, I'm somewhat obsessed with originality and so kind of was holding on to them to keep the original wheels with the car. But then on the other hand, an XF is unlikely to ever be valued as a collectable like the XK and sometimes I look at the stack and wish I had that space available for another piece of shop equipment. If hypothetically I were to advertise them for sale, what other years/models would they fit? If the XF and XK are the same fitment, probably what I'd do is first offer them through the local Jaguar club rather than online to avoid the hassle of packing and shipping.
A person must be very diligent on buying wheels. Most sites intermix XK and XF wheels and label both as FIT. There is a difference in Backspacing though! I bought some XK Nevis wheels a couple years ago and noticed right before they shipped that the offset was for an XF. Luckily I called in time before they shipped and had the order cancelled. Of course, even though I complained about Don't Fit XK(R) they still list them as Fit. I can't remember that site now though.
StiggyMac, I've looked at this website a few times. These guys are just less than 10 miles from me. Never been there, because their prices don't seem much less than other sources of Jaguar OEM rims. And I wonder if some of the wheels had to be trued up, given the name. Don't mean to diss a supplier, but I personally don't see a value reason to buy from them, and can imagine possible problems with some of their offerings. But if anyone on this forum wants to have someone check out a set of rims at this place, PM me. I would be happy to help.
