In a World of Boring Cars...One stands Out of the Crowd..
Mike next time you're up our way stay on the other side of the hudson and stop in Newburgh on the waterfront. There are a good 1/2 dozen restaurants there and they all have great food and a nice view of the hudson river. We have a couple of tourist type town up here like Cold Springs and Rhinebeck and even Beacon. Mostly draws NYC types to the country where the shop owners can fleece them. Also a few more miles up the road is the Kingston waterfront which also has some great restaurants.
That sounds great. I will definitely visit those areas of interest. Any particular restaurant that you recommend?
I have that same feeling every time I look at my XKR... euphoria would best describe it. I don't think my XKR will ever get "old" to me. I can't remember a day where someone hasn't complimented me on the car, be it at the gas station, home depot, a restaurant, pretty much everywhere. These cars are definitely a work of art!
Yep great place and about 20 minutes from me. It's been there for years .
Right on boys. My 07 XK has been gone for over 2 years now and I still regard it as the best looking car, with the possible exception of my XKE, I ever owned.
I would still have it but I just "aged" out of GT cars. Dang!
