XK probably doesn't HAVE a fuse 19. Course I may be wrong.
A more complete answer......... XKs did not come with Active Exhaust, so there are no related parts so fuse 19, if installed, wouldn't control the vacuum pump which isn't there.
Only XKRs WITH Active Exhaust will benefit.
