Welcome to the forum Kseaborne,
I've moved your question from X100 (1996 - 2006) to X150 (2006 - 2014) forum. This is the place to post questions about your model.

One of the first questions you will hear is concerning the age and condition of the battery.

I'll be monitoring this thread. My passenger seat wiring is possessed. The seat heater doesn't work (shows active on the dash) and I've had to reach under the seat and give it a little wiggle if my wife moves it forward to search for her dropped phone (which is ... not uncommon). The forward movement seems to active the passenger airbag warning light, which is rectified with a little readjustment, seeming soothing the seat gremlins.
