Default XK Front Bumper Swap (2011 to 2012+ XKR/XKR-S)

I’m thinking about swapping the front bumper on my 2011 Jaguar XK for a 2012+ XKR or XKR-S front bumper. Anyone here done it or looked into it?

Stock 2011 bumper looks clean, but I want that more aggressive XKR/XKR-S look — wider grille, sportier lines, and better presence.

Curious about:
• Fitment — does it snap on like stock?
• Mount points — same or need adapters/fab work?
• Sensors — do parking sensors/cameras transfer easily?
• Coolant/air ducts — any custom adjustments needed?
If you’ve done this swap, what parts did you need?
• Brackets?
• Different grille?
• Trim pieces?
• Fasteners?

Also open to before-and-after pics, links to detailed builds, or part numbers

the first issue is that you have a 2011, you need new head lights etc. secondly it’s gonna be so expensive. i’ve tired it and you can’t find any parts anywhere. you can try but i guarentee you will not be able to, and if you can you are better off just buying a newer car due to it being so expensive. you would likely be better off getting it custom done at a body shop, but good luck finding someone who will take it on. if you figure it out let me know how it looks and how you did it.

Bumper AND bumper cover. New headlight units ($3000 EACH), new fenders (wings) new hood. New mounts behind everything.
You'd be looking at $15,000 in parts at least, then any install costs of at least that much again (unless you TRY doing it yourself).

Front smart junction box (below left windshield pillar) for 2010-11 is different from 2012-15 to accommodate different headlights.
