I just purchased a 2010 XKR and all the door switches work but are tattered is it possible to get them refurbished or replaced

 

Yikes! These switches look as if they had acid poured on them!
Your only recourse us to replace the switch packs. This is not difficult to do (I did this as a matter of cosmetic upgrading in my 07 XK to 09 standard). Good used ones would be the way to go, at least in economic terms. The damage to your switches is, frankly, extraordinary.

 

Thanks for the advice only issue is I can find any used switches in good shape, contacted a jaguar dealer and I've been quoted Ł260 for each seat control switch, not including fitting.

 

Yep, follow the guidelines in the Owner’s Manual for cleaning and this won’t happen to you.
Purchase and use the miracle cleaner with clever marketing, and it will… again.
