Picked up a white 2012 just last week...black with the camel inserts in the seats. Grey calipers...and yes, the carbon fiber engine cover (It was already on there...I certainly would not have paid the $2K+ for it). Has 12,500 miles when I picked it up...now it can sit in the garage till Spring. So far, so good! Mike

I see the poll only lists six colours. How many other colours did this car get produced in?
As an example, see this silver one listed for sale... 2014 Jaguar XK 2dr Conv XKR-S - West Palm Beach, FL 33401 | CarSoup.com~
I'm also curious to know how many convertibles were produced each year? I have seen numbers such as USA production of 25 for MY 2012, 100 for MY 2013, ??? MY 2014, & ??? MY 2015. Also how many convertibles were sold each year in Canada?

Those 6 colors in the poll + Rhodium Silver were the only colors available for the XKR-S for all years in the U.S. The car you linked to is actually the only Rhodium Silver XKR-S I've ever seen, so I'm assuming it wasn't a very popular option. Perhaps special order? None of the brochures list it as being available for XKR-S, but the VIN decoder shows it as an option.

As far as production numbers of convertibles- I can only confirm the 25 for MY 2012 and 100 for MY 2013. Beyond that I haven't been able to find any published numbers.

Sorry I can't be of much help.

There may have also been two different colours of Grey available.
Stratus Grey Metallic as well as Satellite Grey.
It would be interesting for anyone who owns a grey coloured car to post the paint code from it.

The attached pic is from a 2014 US XK brochure and shows both Satellite Gray and Rhodium Silver being available for the XKR-S. It seems to have been a one year only thing though.

Satellite Gray = LKG
Stratus Gray = LNL
Rhodium Silver = MEN

Interesting, I hadn't seen the brochure before that shows Stratus Grey and Satellite Grey as options. Learn something new everyday!

The only things i'd like poach from the GT are the carbon ceramic brakes and upgraded suspension. I'm not a fan of the rear wing or interior finishes.

Are you sure that's even possible? I was under the impression that some of the dimensions are different, which makes the swap not possible. I was considering swapping suspension but was told that the footprint is different.

I was at my local body job and they mentioned that it would be no problem.

BTW i saw 2 other 2012+ XKRS here that had it done with the Speed Pack rear spoiler.
