this car has recently come into my posession, and my plan is to sell it for my grandmother. The car has been sitting on the tires in storage since 2000. It was stored in park, and the e-brake was set. I went to try and roll it out of storage last weekend and the thing will not budge. I've tried moving with the transmission selector in all gears, it appears the e-brake cable is not stuck, my guess is the shoes are seized inside the rear drums. I am just looking for some advice from people who know this car as I know nothing about it. Any help would be appreciated. Heres the car.
