Default beware of scam Jags for sale

the old rule..if it seems to good to be true....
and..if the language is odd, bad, mis spelled..have to sell cheap, moving back to England..from a Barrister or lawyer...the car pics are gleeped from other sites, the titles are fake, they want your contact info..for identity theft etc
a recent one from Barrister Rick Nelson, or Omar..etc. IF..you reply..that confirms your email and they will run computer password finding programs. change all your important passwords especially paypal and banking. Do a reverse on line search for any info in a car offered...scams will lift addresses, bank names etc from on line ads..all not them.

Yeah, I am aware of these scams. The perps have gotten good at using passable english/grammer and other elements to pass themselves off as legit. The key here is references, a history of transactions or membership in a legitimate organization. I tend to steer clear of thiose who have none of the above. Even if they have no history, acquired the target vehicle through family, etc., there are always references, which can be checked by a member living in the area the seller claims to be from. Be frank about your scrutiny and question them regarding the surrounding area, places where they advertised the car, the car's history and how they came into possession and even local attractions. Ask where they work and follow with the question of whether you can reach them there. and above all, references, whether they are aware of/associated with the car or not. Could be their boss, associate, club member. And ALWAYS hold the line with whether each of these "tests" is a pass or fail, then act accordingly. It's your money; don't let your passion for the target car override common sense and caution. Good luck.

Seeing the car in the flesh, so to speak is a major element in not being ripped-off. Just buying cars like these sight-unseen on the internet is asking for trouble.
