I see these two colors offered for cars in 58/59. I have asked many people and get different answers. Some say the Carmine color was a little different and mostly shipped to Europe or local UK and the Carmen color was shipped to the US. Some say the two colors are the same thing. How can I find out the real answer?

Real photos, and there really is a difference !! Note also the overlap of years for the two colours.
