Glovebox “record” plaque
I’m curious about the apparent existence of two different variants of the plaque on the glovebox door of the XK 120.
The one on my father’s car is the only one I’d ever seen.
But then a friend of mine just purchased an XK 120 FHC, ironically with a body number one away from mine, with this version.
Can anyone shed any light on the reason for the existence of two different plaques? They even cite different top speeds.
