xk150 engine number
Hello - need some assistance please. i am in the process of buying a 1958 xk150, but need help checking if the engine is correct.
all the literature i have read refers to the 3.8 engines starting from VA0001, this vehicle has an engine number V23637 - is this an original xk150 3.8?

Page 2 shows V prefix is 3.4 litre. The 3.8 lite engines commence with VA or VAS.
