Is there a video anywhere on how to remove the fuel rails on my 03 XK8. I have never done this type of thing.

I would think I may want to take the intake at this point and replace my valley hoses? Are these SPECIAL hoses or can I buy the size needed and cut it down? Would it help protect them is I put some type of plastic around them like they do wires?
