Default 04 XKR Sill Plate Part Number Needed

I've ordered a set of Sill Plate inserts from two different Jaguar dealers by Vin Number and keep receving the wrong part. I receive a plate with "JAGUAR XKR" in blue Italic letters. What I need is a plate with "JAGUAR R" with white lettering and only the R logo in Italics. I want to put a set away before they go totally unavailable.

My car has every R performacnce option that was available and Jaguars system rejects the vin number most of the time and shows an incorrtect vehicle warranty period history with the car being in the UK. Nothing matches up in the dealer system.

Got any ideas? Thanks. Jim

Is this the sill plate you're looking for?

Here's the various XKR Treadplate insert P/N's against the later VIN ranges:

Even if your specific VIN throws the dealer system, the range should help you identify the correct insert.

My 2006 XKR has the "Jaguar R" tread plate.

Yes the tread plate in the Ebay photo is the one that is on my car. I've been looking at three part numbers for the same year and the listing does not show a photo and most of the sites that sell parts do not have photos. Any idea on how to verify the part number.

To complicate things, the chart with Tread Plate by VIN number range does not show the same plate that is on my car.

Thanks, The problem is that when I plug my vin number in to that chart, I get the wrong part and most of the parts suppliers do not have photos of what the part looks like. The Tread Plate that was pointed out in this thread that is on Ebay is the one that I need, but New.
