06’ XK8 “Cruise not available” problem

Greetings, I have a 06’ XK8 that is driving me CRAZY! (Being an old jag owner from way back I do know that is not a stretch) The problem started with intermediate problem “Cruise not available”. I checked all vac hoses, checked all connections, pulled wheels and checked sensor connections. The Cruise problem seems to be related to right turns and will come on and then go away again. Not every right turn triggers this response but it does seem to be more than coincidence. Had no codes when I checked it. Thanks

Well, the only thing that I remember causing only the cruise control to act up is the microswitch for the brake. There are a few threads around, just do a healthy search, grab a hotpocket, and read on.
