Just as an FYI that is not what MSO stands for. It is Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. An MSO car is a term used for a factory demo or company car, meaning the car has never been titled.

Maybe I missed it but what does DDW stand for?

Default Jag Black Cat

MSO designation I am told can also be when companies buy cars with the intention of modifying them before sale to an owner. ie: complete built cars like Shelby....

Yes, I'm thinking I may relist it locally as it's one of those things someone has to see to realize how nice it really is?

not to comment on the validity of any of this, however there is precedent for dealer customs to gain collector value. look at the Yenko Camaro
that, however, was significantly different than the standard edition.

Any item is worth whatever a certain person is willing to pay for it.

This particular vehicle is not my cup of tea, but that does not mean that some other person might not really like it, and be willing to pay a premium price.

I think that the only problem that some people have is that it needs to be accurately described as exactly what it is.

I think if you do a little more research you may find these cars were done for the marketing department. They were done for show purpose only. Think about it, how could they sell a car that has its emissions modified without EPA certification. If the supercharger was modified I think the term would alteration of specification which would void the warranty. I do recall that some of those cars may have had a Borla exhaust fitted, but no engine upgrades. What you have is a unique automobile.

Interesting premise JGAXKR. I've done lots of research and my earlier post lists all that I know and have been able to find on the car. You make a good point on the exhaust. I was only speculating on the supercharger upgrade given that I doubt an exhaust and intake would raise the horsepower by 67 and the torque by over 90 ft lbs.

My apologies for insinuating the mileage (16,000) may not be genuine, but the armrest in this picture from your ad appears to be in considerably worse condition than the one in my XKR, which has done 82,000 miles.

I think the padding on the armrest is thinner to one without a cupholder. I also noticed this on my car when I changed to the cupholder armrest.

@Patch1234
Dare to take a dyno ;-)?

The arm rest just looks like the driver put his elbow on it while driving. I know this because it happened to me until I had mine redone in Carbon Fiber.

Default Arm Rest

When I was taking photos in the car I must have leaned on it and left the impression for a moment that got caught in the photo. Doesn't look like that now. As for taking a Dyno, it seems this site won't let me post anything yet so if you send me an email address I can send you the dyno sheets on the car.

Avos, maybe you can post them for everyone to see?

Patch, if you post an intro in the new members section there's a good chance that our admin will grant you full access to the site without needing to reach the post requirement.

Here are the dyno sheets given by Patch1234

The rwhp figures look good to me for a stock 4.2 car, I would say a very healthy engine. It’s just the drive train loss they used in the letter which at 29% is way too high for a dynojet. It would be rather close to 17% (which is what I usually use), and then the 324.9 becomes 391.4 engine HP.
