Are there two fuel pumps on this car? It's a 1997 XK8 with the 4.0. I have been told that there are two fuel pumps and I don't know if this is correct. If there are are they the same pump? I would like to put in a new fuel pump but if it takes 2 I will replace both of them. I just need to know first of all, if there is 1 pump or 2 and if there are 2, are they the same pump or are they different?

 

All XK8s have just one fuel pump. The earlier 4.0 supercharged/XKR has 2 fuel pumps.
