1997 XK8 stalling asc reading

1997 XK8 stalling asc reading

My 1997 xk8 is stalling as you drive down the road. The dash reads ASC every time it stalls. It starts right up after you pull over though. Could it be the inertia sensors? help

Automatic Stability Control? Not sure how that relates to stalling. The stalling while driving is commonly associated with the throttle body electrical connections. Disconnect, clean, dielectric grease, reconnect and see what happens.
