Default 1998 XK8 - What wire in mirror is for headlights auto on?

I'm having trouble with the headlight auto-on for my XK8. Unfortunately, the mirror wires were cut about 1/4in from the stalk in the back of the mirror. I was able to reconnect them to the wiring that was left in the roof of the car but now the auto-on headlights are not working. I have the electrical diagrams but I can't see where it identifies the specific wire color. Does anyone know what wire is for the auto-on so I can focus on that connection first?

The first picture is of the connector (and wires) that has been re-attached to the mirror. The 2nd is of the connector (and wires) in the roof of the car.

Looks to me like Yellow/Blue for the Auto Lights and Yellow/White for the Mirror Tint in JTIS. The wording is a little confusing but the wiring connections give that interpretation

Thanks astromorg. I'll give it a try and let you know if I can get it working.
