It would be best if you were able to post all the codes. Parts store can typically help you get those for free. The better option is a cheap ELM327 from eBay and a phone app like TorquePRO. Besides that, getting the long term fuel trims on both sides, starting with idle, would be great, too. These are all standard OBDII items.

My understanding is that running rich can damage the catalytic converter over time, but these are expensive to replace if damaged. Normally, the car can detect these conditions and shows "restricted performance".

Best of luck, keep us posted.

The only OBD2 code read bank 2 rich, i actually put Techron in and erased code. There was no restricted performance just check engine light. Both off for now, I am hoping that Techron solves it during it’s next cycle. I had this 2 years ago and added Techron fir 2 tanks and it left fir 2 years. I replaced the throttle and all runs good.
it gave me no diagnosis but Bank 2 Rich.
thanks

Check fuel trims as they probably show a fault you're covering up / ignoring.

I have been fighting a similar problem only on bank2. I am down to ecu fault. 1316 or 1317 code don't remember which. Sent the unit in to have it analyzed. At first they couldn't find any problems with the drivers for the injectors or coils... Checked further and they found the main chip has a fault.. So we will see if 800 bucks makes it go away
Hope yours is a less expensive issue.
