I have a 1999 XK8. The problem that I am having is, when I open the doors the windows vent but do not go back up when I shut the door. I don't want to take it to a shop and get ripped off if its something I can fix.

Any thoughts?

Reset the windows by lowering them and holding the buttons for a few seconds until you hear a soft click. Then raise the windows and do the same.

If the problem recurs, your battery either needs a charge or is failing.
