I used "inspect my ride" about $200 for an inspection. Well worth the money, they send 30-40 pictures of each car with a thorough visual inspection and a test drive by a mechanic. Then they give you a rating based on 100%. I bought the 4th car they inspected out of Maryland. That was a bonus because there are no cheaper flights then into Washington/Dulles.
