Default 2001 XK8 4.0 Down on power

After replacing the valve cover gaskets, plugs and 2 coils noted here :

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-wells-116160/

I'm down on power. It starts and idles smoothly, but seems to stumble if you rev it. Normal driving it seems ok, but anything attempted at spirited and the response is off. I took her for a drive on the interstate and it seemed more difficult to get to 75 than it should.

I should also note that it has had a fuel pump in the last 5,000 miles / 4 yrs. There are no longer any warning lights present after the last coil replacement.

Any thoughts on where to start looking?

Thanks in advance!

You have to remove all the coil pack boots, clean them out with rubbing alcohol and the springs cleaned off and lightly sanded with scuff pad-green.

They have oil in them.

Also stretch the spring a little, so they are making good contact to the tips of spark plugs.

Then clean the maf sensor with maf cleaner, located on the air filter box.It must be removed from the tube to spray the cleaner ON THE ELEMENT THAT MEASURES AIR coming in.
