Unhappy 2001 XK8 front suspension bushes, sway bar etc.

I have a "Clunk" on the RHS front of the car which I believe is the front sway bar bushes or the upper arm bushes, so I am thinking of replacing them all at the front.
I have watched Sam's video on replacing the sway arm bushes which seems an easy job.
I would like to know, which make of bushes are the best, I have seen video's on "Powerflex" versus "Super Pro" and would like to know what the Forum recommends, also where to purchase them from and perhaps a part number?

Also 'Sam" did not give a torque number for the 2 bolts?

I have been told to buy Jaguar A arms complete (expensive) or just buy the bushes, also watched 'Sam" video on fitting new bushes.

Again the same questions: which make of bushes to use, cost, supplier, part number and torque numbers.

My car is a 2001 XK* convertible with 69K miles.

Any help on this topic will be appreciated as I would like to do these jobs over the next 2 weeks.

Yes, control arms are quite pricey but for the cost of one arm and a little bit of time to play with it you can go get yourself a horrible freight 20 ton press and the 4 ball joints then put in either the urethane or rubber bushes yourself. Hardest thing is the lower ball joint as you need to come up with a way to keep the arm and press in the right position. They sound like a bomb when they finally break loose. I went to all urethane bushes on my front end. Also running them on our XJR and love them. Never had the noise some complain of so I tend to think it is more of a installer error then actual noise. They will transmit some more road vibration to the steering wheel though.

I used uro swaybar bushes as honestly I don't think the xk has a usefull front bar to begin with so why bother. Got 'em from Rock Auto. They are a pita to put in. Not hard just hard to get at and lots of up and down unlike most cars. Rear ones are dirt cheap as they are the same as Ford Contour fronts if I remember right. I replace those ever 2 years as they seem to wear quite a bit. The only company making the control arm bushes is powerflex. I bought mine from powerflex usa but with the pound taking a dive you may want to explore shipping from england.
