I followed Revsam's video on youtube.
Here are some notes of mine.
Disconnecting the fuel lines from the bottom of the tank (under the car) is easy............if you have the car on a lift! I can't imagine trying to do it on jack stands.
You can see the "white C" in the photos, that is the tool line disconnect tool I got from rock auto for $10.
There isn't a lot of room, and make sure the exhaust is cool! You'll be rubbing up against it.
Get the tool over the fuel line, and use a long flat tip screw driver (or a paint stirrer) and push it up as far as it will go.
You'll feel like it should go farther when you push it up, but that is as far as it goes.
Then give the line a little tug, and out she comes.
The driver side line had a few ounces of gas in it, so be ready to catch it (and not with your face like I almost did).
No gas came out of passenger side line.

Sam pulled the tank from the filler neck.
I tried that, and it didn't work.
I found that pulling the tank straight back was more than adequate to get some work room.

Not sure about the coup, but my convertible had 2 drain hoses going from underneath the rear window corners, out the bottom of the car. Just pull them off (no clamps), it gives you more room to pull the tank back.

I have the dreaded burned wire connections inside the tank.
The plug connector fell apart in my hand when I removed it.
A call to jaguar confirms that I need to replace the entire float and wire harness. $228. Apparently when the pump starts to go, it pulls a lot of juice and melts the leads. These connectors are not sealed in any way, and get gas on them. I'm just going to splice the wires, and shrink wrap them.
